By accessing or using OdinPicks (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. OdinPicks is operated by OdinPicks Unipessoal Lda., registered in Portugal.
OdinPicks provides sports betting analysis and picks based on mathematical models, expected value calculations, and statistical analysis. Our picks are informational content only and do not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of profit. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All betting involves risk of loss.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. OdinPicks does not operate a sportsbook and does not accept bets.
PRO subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Free trials are offered as stated at the time of signup. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Prices may change; existing subscribers keep their locked-in rate.
All content on OdinPicks — including picks, analysis, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of OdinPicks and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission. Sharing PRO picks publicly is prohibited and may result in account termination.
OdinPicks is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the use of our picks or analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided. You acknowledge that sports betting carries inherent risk and that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions. In no event shall OdinPicks be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, share PRO content publicly, or attempt to exploit the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
